So the server crashes when the map rotates. Any ideas why?

Server crashing aswell for me when change map.

PS: Could you also add "Terrorist/Counter-Terrorist won" messages at round end?

EDIT: Tryed to change manualy but server crash.

I may have the problem as to why:

SetConVar: mp_match_end_restart = "1"

That is enforced by the plugin.

However when I set it to 0 and allow mapchooser or random-cycle to rotate the server crashes.

BUG: 5 terrorist spawned in T-spawn, sometimes just 1 T spawns in T-spawn.

Edit: BUG: Servercrash on manual mapchange, and rtv.

Change map bugged fixed i have tested it.
The terroist spawn in t-spawn is because there is not enough spawns in the map type !add to add some spawns

The next problem is possibly reasoned by your latest fix.
If my mate joins the server, I cant pick a Team :?
