Roundtime stays on and keeps causing everyone to respawn

I'm running it off a 32 man linux server, it is working - respawns etc, but just not this

Read other posts - I turned round blocking off until I can get it working properly. It was causing bugs where CTs would have a weird score.

tbh i'd rather the bugging it wasn't that big-a-deal shall i just use an older version?

I'll try to find a way to fix it for the next release, but if I can't I'll make it an option you can enable - with the warning that if you use it, you'd better not complain about the consequences ;]

i used to have the older version and it was fine tbh - the crazy round things was not a problem... it constantly restarting is about 100x worse tbh

Set the roundtime to something very high for now
