This plugin allows players to type the following commands
/motd
/recruit
/rules
and it will brg up an motd style window with your custom motds.
The "motd" command will bring up the main motd in the czero folder and then /recruit and /rules are in addons/amxmodx/configs folder. i will be adding in a dictionary here soon. thank you

Cvars:
amx_motd 1|2 turns the /motd /recruit /rules function on and off
