AMX Auto Slay

This plugin allows server admins to auto-slay players.
What does this mean?
It's simple: When you use the command in an user, in a X amount of time after his/her spawn he/she will die.
The punishment time is set by default between 2 and 15 seconds.
The idea of the plugin came from when I was playing in a Surf server, and an user started to be annoying (actually I don't remember what he was doing) and an admin who was online started to slay him after each spawn just for ruin his gameplay.

amx_auto_slay <name or #userid> // Note that if you re-use it in the same user you will remove auto-slay stuff.
