What minimum permissions (Linux) do we need to delete files from the downloads folder? I ask because I get the errors listed below for hundreds of files. I have files within set to 0644, and the folder itself as 0744. The folder is owned by the same user which starts the servers.

644 should be fine, odd that it can't even get the timestamp, that would mean that it doesn't even have read rights? which, errr, is strange, is it fine deleting from other folders or do you only have it cleaning up downloads?

I have it clearing everything which is available, and most of it (bar sprays which is 96 hours) is set to 168 hours. I do not get any errors with deleting any of the other media.

hmmm, have you tried manually deleting any the files it says it can't, does that work?

Upon checking to see if I can delete the problematic files, it appears that your plugin has already deleted them. So it seems that being unable to delete the files is only a temporary problem, however I still can't deduce why.

That's HELLA weird, I have no clue why it would do that. D:

Could be an actual SM bug. What version of SM and my plugin are you on? Also, what linux distro you on?

I run Archlinux, along with:
SourceMod Version: 1.4.3-dev
Metamod:Source version 1.8.7

For the time being, I'm going to double check every plugin version I can lay my eyes on.

Many thanks! I'm wondering if you have spray pruning installed too? It could be conflicting at just the same time.
