The youtube videos on ads don't crash so I think the video player was causing the crashes.

My timer has been set to 30 seconds all month. Guess the crashes definitely brought down the completion rates, or something to do with 'null'.

Some users are still reporting crashes, but not as many or as frequent.

Hi All,

Today we'll be sending around an update, once it's good to go I'll post it here.

As I mentioned before we're working pretty closely with Valve on this one, and they're telling us the global crashes have decreased, and the remaining crashes are due to an unrelated issue in the browser.

nineteeneleven I've passed along your information to our dev team, they'll look into what happened on the 22nd. Remember though that it wont effect your February payments, we're still paying on a flat rate.
