Update Version 0.2:
  • See first post

Now I have make a Hidden TF2 Version , the gameplay is not like the CSS version.
I don’t have a TF2 Server to test intensive this plugin, I need Feedback, if this gameplay is ok, what can I change, or have other ideas, etc...?

Cool stuff.

An idea would be to make it for you can disable the whole plugin with a simple cvar command like "sm_hidden_enabled 0" that way the server goes back to a normal server.

Cause I want to have this hide-n-seek plugin, but I only want it to run when players vote for it to be enabled, I want my server to be a normal playing server most of the time

The command is "hiddensm_enabled 0"
Its disabled all Hooks etc, and next round you can play normal.

I tested this plugin and it works nice , the only thing I miss is a team swap after every round

New Version 0.3:

Changelog:
  • sm_seekfreezetime -> sm_freezetime
  • add teamswap
  • add sounds (i see you, im here)
  • add anticheat for sv_cheats 1
  • CSS: add model file for "de_nipperhouse", is a nice map
  • TF2: sm_seekroundtime -> sm_roundtime (tf2)
  • TF2: fixed: hidder dont get damage
  • more fixes

You need to block mat_wireframe from being used with the anti cheat.

And can you make the type commands the same as the es hidenseek mod it makes it hard for players who are used to that to get used to the new commands.

And sorry if you where already aware of this.

i tested the mod with my css server...

human players can't join the cts...
the server moved them to spec just in time

(edit) nexttime i read the first thread more carefully...

i am useing sm v1.1.0.2162

is sv_cheats 1 required?
(for turning off the radar?)

if you have sm_allowradar 0, the clients need to disable the radar with the console-command: cl_radaralpha 0.

Ok I have a few questions that I would like help on...
  • The player names show up when the seeker hovers over the hider
  • I would like to have thirdperson view as an option
  • The hidemenu should popup at round start
  • Maybe a really big config file ?
  • Is there anyway you can force the cl_radaralpha 0
If you could help me with these I would be happy my head would sm_explode LOLOL

Mh, i tested, but not work.

I turn my radar off, joind ct and add bot for test.
They come without gun and die rapidly.

I come in T, and try "!hidemenu" but nothing append.
I oppen my console, and see "
Ulrar : !hidemenu
Unknown command: hidemenu"

Bad installation ?
sv_cheats is to 1.
and radar off.
Ulrar is offline
