-1 is a regular drop
so maybe trade is a 1 ?

m_bInSetup from tf_gamerules will always be 0. (You also only need to read 1 byte)

A working alternative is to read m_nState from team_round_timer. It will read 0 during setup.

Hey how bout an option to block all trading even during setup? Also I don't like how it announces every time. May I request you add functionality for blocking crafting as well? Maybe include options for all of those.

Yep, sorry. Fixed.

Also, added a new cvar to allow or block crafting.
