It intended to link to a webpage. And not reading off a text file(Why use the power/cpu of your server when you can use a webserver) I think there is allready a plugin posted that reads of text file

thanks EKS for this plugin.

I was going through my older plugins and came accross a custimization I made for this one that I thought I should share with ppl just in case they want it (if you dont think I should be posting this then just let me know and I'll remove it)

If you want the rules motd window to come up when people say /rules or /serverrules in the global chat then:

FIND:
Code:
#if PublicRules == 1     register_clcmd("amx_publicrules","CMD_PublicRules",0,"Display public rules")

and add a new line after with:
Code:
register_clcmd("say /rules","CMD_PublicRules",0,"Display public rules") register_clcmd("say /serverrules","CMD_PublicRules",0,"Display public rules")

I have no idea how to work with MOTD stuff.. and Im trying to figure out from this forum whether or not this plugin does this:

Show a website of my choosing as MOTD

Thats all I want it to do.. but Its not clear from the commands you gave whether this is an option ..

Please dont refer me to a define section.. I cannot do coding for the life of me.

If this plugin does indeed have the function to show a website as motd, then after I install the plugin (add line to plugins ini etc...) what is the next step to set the web site ?

Thank you for your time.
