mt_spawncheck is the time elapsed since the last attempt to spawn tank, when verifying that all the tanks were spawned. (Sometimes game can't found a place for tank). Just set it higher than director_tank_lottery_selection_time.

Pause between spawns is mt_spawndelay.

For spawn 20 tanks in finale you need set mt_count_finalestart_versus to 20. But in current version it is limited on 8. You may change it in source, but it is untested on so high values.

So the limit is 8. Well I guess I can deal with that. I will just set the spawn delay time lower and give them more health. Thanks.

Suggestions-

Separate spawn time delay settings. (at the end I would like 8 tanks to rush at the same time)

More tank options, like attack, speed, color of tank, multi survivor punch attack, etc.

Bug-

Fire can sometimes cause tanks to be stuck in their death animation, on fire, not dead, and can not be killed.(this happens when you are using a LOT of tanks)

The bug seems to happen when a lot of players and tanks are in one spot.

I'm running the 8 survivors plugin.

edit-

Would it be possible to have a different number of tanks spawn in the 2 finale attacks? Like first event 3 spawns, second event 5?

edit 2-

It happens a lot with incendiary ammo on. The first wave of 4 tanks in my game all bugged. I turned off the ability to lite them with bullets for now.

hi can i ask, when i type the config on the console.. it says, can't mt_count_regular_coop in multiplayer... or wat ever config i type on the console w/ mt_ >.>

Look, there is one problem.
For example, 4 tanks.
When one tank goes to bot after human control, new Tank_spawn event triggeres so plugin spawnes +3 tanks (7 tanks allready). This can happens infinitely

No, it should not. There is check for it.
Btw, Tank_spawn event triggered on any tank control changes.

Update: Doh, this is broken in 1.3. Will be fixed in 1.4

Use cm_cvar mt_count_regular_coop instead.After all realtime changes use mt_refresh command. But this console changes act only in current map.

Better configure CVAR's in l4d_multitanks.cfg.

Update:

Version 1.4 (02.09.09)
- Renamed l4d_multianks.sp to l4d_multitanks.sp
- Fixed bug causes addition spawns when tank frustrated and control going to bot
- Fixed bug causes addition spawns when tank owner change the team or disconnect
- Increased tank count to 32
- Added CVAR for tank spawn together when esape start CVAR (mt_spawntogether_escape)
- Added CVAR for spawn delay between tanks spawns wneh escape start (mt_spawndelay_escape)
- Added CVAR's for second wave in final (mt_count_finalestart2_* and mt_health_finalestart2_*)

Delete old plugin! (l4d_multianks.sp). Now it named l4d_multitanks.sp.
Update config file. There is new CVAR's
