Hi!
I've found an idea for restriction:
Visit this page and read "Map Specific Plugins" section:
http://wiki.amxmodx.org/Configuring_...ecific_Plugins
Create a "maps" folder in ctrike/addons/amxmodx/configs/ , and create .ini files for maps , in which you don't want this plugin to function.
Example : plugins-35hp.ini , and write this line 'VIP.amxx disabled"
plugins-1hp.ini , and write this line "VIP.amxx disabled"
Or delete plugin entry from plugins.ini and enable on specific maps like i did:
plugins-cs.ini
plugins-de.ini
and write this line in both .ini files: "VIP.amxx"
So This plugin works only on defuse and hostage maps (not knife,AWP or aim maps). You can configure it the way you want.

Btw dunno you should add vip.ini file for vips

Edit: this wont work on me :S if i restart my server by amxmodmenu then vips get m4 and ak on first round:/

hi, when i insert vip plugin by dunn0 on 1.81 amxx i got this error: Run time error 10 <native "get_user_attacker">and i was debug here, but i got another error.Maybe need to delete get_user_attacker function from plugin ? Can anyone help me ?

I made a couple changes to this myself.
1) No sniper limits for VIP
2) Maybe different $/HP
3) Fixed round counter so it should actually start at round 5 (or earlier because I think it's still 1 or 2 rounds at most off - have not debugged that one yet)
4) Fixed [haha] some indentation warnings.
5) It's cool?
