how can I get server to execute admin commands every round

Instead of troubling for a new plugin I was wondering if there was a way I could get the server to automatically execute admin commands:
-amx_weapon @all 17 (every round) - for pistol only server (and i'd get a plugin to disable buy screen)
-amx_exec @all "say maxdep" - for zombie plague server, at end of each map

I am just experimenting on 1 server we have and I want to try a pistol server out. But before I can do that I need clarification on my question posted.

would that work every round or just on mapchange? if you put that in you server.cfg?

I think he wants a command that he can put in like a .cfg or .ini file that would execute every round. but i dont believe that is possible.

With plugin that's ofc possible. Just create a file like round_start.ini and in a plugin read all the lines and send them with server_cmd every round start. For already existing file there should be something to regonize it like: "round_start sv_restart 1" and what a nice effect that specific line would have.

Yea, I need 2 things.
1. a command that executes every round
2. a command that executes before map change
