Everybody knows the plugin admin_mark.amxx, when admins have the hats with the word "ADMIN" written on it.
So my idea is to make penis for admins for d flag in users.ini (users who can ban).
I am noob here to create model or write .sma
So i just give you an idea and hope that somebody will do it
That somebody will create penis for admins whith flag d in users.ini
