Hi

I'd really love to test this mod out in single player, and if its as cool as it looks stick it on my public server.

So I've got to go ahead and ask a really noobish question, so apologies if I'm just being a dumbass, but I'd appreciate a little guidance on where I stick the mod. I know your instructions say to put it in "addons/sourcemod/plugins/ folder" but I can't actually find it

I'm using Windows Vista, L4D is my only steam game and I've never installed a mod before.

Any help with just be fantastic

Well first thing, you'll need to install metamod and sourcemod.

Your folder is located (probably) in "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead\left4dead"

any ideas on this...had it on my server and everything is cool for say 10-15 min...then everyone lags out and is dropped...saw this about 5 times...removed the plugin and it hasnt happened since...and my connection to the server via hlsw showed about a second or 2 of lag and then back to normal but i still got dropped from the server...

same problem here like nutz

i seen my server crashed without any error in the logs by nights.
it went fine for some hours but then it crashes.

i removed all plugins reinstalled server and setup MMsrc and SM
installed goremod

after some hours crash

i thought it would be some of the other plugins like: hlstatsx or advertisement.. but as i reinstalled the server and just enabled your plugin i found the buggy plugin ;)

btw i figured it out that way:
reinstalled server
installed MMsrc and SM
works for 2 days without trouble

installed only goremod
crash after some hours

restarted
crash after some hours

deleted goremod
works fine for 1 1/2 day now

Same problem here like nutz and kos.

After I removed this plugin everything is fine.

Loved it while it lasted but if you cannot find what is causing the server to crash repeatedly after a day or so, I cant use it. Runs fine for a day or so then crashes repeatedly until I reset, removed just this plugin, no problem for days now.
