Hi, im wondering if anyone can make a plugin like ghw_cronic's report plugin but with extra features.
If an admin is reported they will lose access to commands that are listed in a text file until an higher admin checks logs and clears or punishes the admin for abuse his/her powers. Automatically clears itself if no admin high admin clears them after 12 hours
Has an interval message saying how to report an admin for abuse.
same person cannot report more then once in 12 hours.
amx_clear_report <name / id>
amx_unsuspend <name / id>
amx_suspend <name / id> <hours> <- Will take away all powers for amount of time stated.
amx_warn <name / id>
Warns a player/admin unless they have immunity. If 5 warnings are recieved banned for 24hours stored warnings in nvault
will also slay the person warned and print a message You have 1/5 warnings, at 5 you will be banned.

auto_clear_time 12 - hours
warning_ban_time 24 - hours
warning_prune_time 7 - days <- Clears warnings if none recieved for 7 days
warning_max 5
