Hello, I downloaded the game name description changer. I installed it on my hl2dm server. It worked but there is no name there now. Is there away I can set the game description that I wont like {Build~RP}

you use the cvar value..type something like "sm_rcon gnd "GABEN IS FAT!"" in console and the game name will change to "GABEN IS FAT!".

Well I tried in my HL2COOP server, after map change the game name changed to BLANK! I type gnd "something" but game name go back to "Deatmatch" ???

Then I try restart the server. Omg it never start, looks like some infinite loop... It go back to normal after I remove that plugin.

I guess this plugin not work in HL2DM/COOP. Any advice?

fyi this plugin no longer works on team fortress 2 with the new pyro update. It causes players to disconnect when they spawn for some reason. I removed the plugin and it fixed the problem, and tested several times.

this also does not work for the game Zombie Panic: Source, no crashing on that game, just plain doesn't change the game name.

can you at least make this plugin work for TF2 again? thx

heh didn't realize we were being unfair. more power to ya though...only reason we ever changed the game name is so players would know they were not joining their average tf2 server.
