The update works flawlesly, thanks Ramono! After some hours on a public server no VoteKick_STEAM_ID's 0 are added and only VoteKick_STEAM_ID's 1 are stored as it should be.

Maybe the same fix can be maded for the VoteKickTime_STEAM_ID's because after such a temporary block of the /votekick usage has expired the VoteKickTime_STEAM_ID with a number (a system time) behind it stay stored in the vault.ini while it isn't used anymore. If a new VoteKickTime_STEAM_ID for the same ID would be maded it get overrided. This VoteKickTime_STEAM_ID's are not that much writed as the VoteKick_STEAM_ID's in the vault.ini wichof if it isn't fixable it is not a big problem.

I can't confirm this, By looking at the code its similair to the old version.
If it does kick the wrong user in this version it should also do it in the normal version.

Maybe its because you use nosteam? I have no idea how the STEAM ID's work there. So it might not be.

If you do amx_ban PLAYERNAME
it will ban the IP if its a nosteam player
I don't know how you ban? because if it is amx_ban steamid it will not work

can you change it to do amx_ban 10 PLAYERNAME
that is the best way for amxbans (also for steam servers) then it will get all the information from the player, name,ip,steamid

It takes me 5 seconds to get a new ip. So banning for IP is crap.
The STEAM_ID is the only real fixed information you can get.
The best way for amxbans is to run a steam-server.
