but i don't like automatic votes.

Try this

Cvar added "sv_daynightautovote" default 1
and use admin command amx_voteday to start a vote.
I can't test it, so if you test it and it works I will upload it as 1.2

amx_vote working but how can i turn off automatic votes on the begining the round? maybe some kind of cvars ? or what ??

Ramono can u include snow and rain in your new plugin[ofcourse whit vote]?
