I've looked at the *.sma and I think it detects any admin listed in users.ini. Correct me if I'm wrong.

What wrong? Server & clients is clean steam with NO changes.

this is easy, one method is to set mp_consistency 0 on you're server, this could inflict some problems...

the other way is to tell all clients to use default models
