Hey! On 85.131.216.204:27015 server when you flash someone he scream. I was searching for this plugin in plugins list, later on forum and found THIS which seems to be almost exacly what I was searching for. But there wasn't any *.sma so I've started to reading posts and found THIS and I've downloaded the pack but the plugin hasn't got screem line. I've also tried to check it on their website but its off-line.
So is this another plugin or is it a part of WC3?

I'm also looking for auto restart plugin from 62.21.96.28:27014. I've checked few auto restart plugins but none looks like this on server or I've just mess up with configuration.
After "Game Commencing" message a hud message appears on center saying that there will be auto restart in 45 seconds. The last 10 seconds before restart are with vox voice [like before map change i default].
They have listed plugins on their site and the list looks like this:

Ok. I found the second plugin [auto_restart_knives]. But can someone tell me what is the name of the forst plugin?

This should do what you want :

amx_flash_scream 0|1 disable/enable the plugin
amx_minflash 199-255 : min alpha (intensity of flash) needed for the scream sound

I've tested alone youre plugin [the time for group testing will be at night ]. It's marvelous! Just what I need. Since it's youre plugin I must ask - do you give me permission to change scream sounds?

I don't take any credit for this, it's a little plugin.
I took the event from v3x flashbang_color plugin and the idea seems to be by Cheap_Suit.
Feel free to make any modification you want.
I have chosen those sound cause they are default sounds so players don't have to download any.
