Source map.bsp doesn't download

Well I have several maps on the folder and they have their RES file created but when I try to download them or anyone elso the map does not downloads. Instead it comes with the error:

"map missing maps/as_crisis.bsp"

How do I solve this problem?

Are you using sv_downloadurl?

yes, but those specif maps are not on sv_url yet. That means I didn't upload them yet.

Sorry to push the topic but im sure some of you play source so tell me:
Some maps are on hosting some dont but the map does not download even if it is on hosting and if it's not etheir. How do I solve the problem if you want you can test it: my ip is 201.208.206.223:27015
