I've been reading on these forums and sometimes the term offsets comes up lately. Just wondering, what are they and how do I use it?

Also, how can I block flashlight?
I totally forgot the command for flashlight.

An offset is a adress in the Computer memory where Data is stored...
Its used to manipulate or read the Data.
