This makes people buy their flashlight each round.

Cvars:
mp_flashlightCost (Defaul: 500)

Change Log:
1.0 - Initial Release, Changed the time when it resets it.
1.1 - Added Multi-Lingual - Fixed some spelling errors - Made it so when they die they lose the light.

I don't know if 1.1 will work with ML. I am new to it. Please test.
Ill keep the old version up just in case.

Update: I saw that stupid amxx stuido crap in the file for the lang's forgot sorry. Updated with a fix.

ResetHUD doesn't just get called when a client is spawned, it is called multiple times during the round. Look at VEN's tutorial on how to use it properly

Can I recommend that you have the option they own the flashlight until they die, kinda like a nade or gun.

One more thing,

new bool:hasflashlight[33]

use that for true false statements

We add it for some things that not only players can do. Also, so we don't want to do -1 every single time we use the array.

When would flashlight be that valuable that you'd need to buy one and for 500? Is any map really that dark and hl1 flashlight is worthless for the most part anyway. You might as well get the nightvision one. WEll I guess it has some use somewhere maybe.

This is really minor, but I would change this:

"[Flash Light] You don't have enought for the flashlight."
"[Flash Light] You already have the flash light."
"[Flash Light] You have bought the flashlight."

To this:

"[Flashlight] You don't have enough money for a flashlight."
"[Flashlight] You already have a flashlight!"
"[Flashlight] You bought a flashlight."
