Ok ive just added this to my server its running and the message players who ping exceeds 250mms will be kicked but i don't see it scanning to find out how do i know if its working ive seen one of these what says checking disabled due to constant low ping is this the one as the plugins im downloading arnt for me they are for some one else but if its possible can you tell me how to get this message to show thanks for you help and this plugin rocks

It is working. Nothing else about it, it runs checks but of course you cant see programs running eh ;)
So its working 100%

I dont know about that low ping bypass check.

No offence here im a 100% sure it ain't working now as i had a guy with a ping of 500 on my server i wanted to test the plugin so i didn't kick him 30mins later i decided it was maby time for me to kick him i cant understand why because the message is showing that says plays who's ping exceeds 250mms will be kicked but it does nothing can anyone help

Yes, a steady ping of anything above 250. As in after about 12 checks and a lil bit, depending on his ping fluctuation.
