How do I make it only turn on at certain maps like surf_ maps?

Have eventscripts?

Will that work? I thought this current version needed a mapchange in order to disable/enable DM?

No, thats only the first time you enable cssdm. Enabling/Disabling on the fly through rcon has worked fine for me on windows
