Please delete all the banned users because they are only a nuisance and it can be pretty bad knowing that their posts are still out there, hidden amongst the other posts. What I am trying to say is... Get rid of 'em! (I bet they even still get watched topics replies!)

Besides, deleting banned users doesn't make a difference, I'm pretty sure they're banned by IP to prevent mutiple accounts, and banned by names in case they try to use a proxy to repost on their old account. Not as if it's killing you or anything. Any spam posts are deleted anyways. If you can't handle seeing that crap, get over it.

deleting the banned users would allow them re-register with the same name, and also remove their IP info so we could not see if they register a new account with the same IP.

ALSO their posts would remain but they would be listed as "guest" users.
