Removed SM/MM entirely, server boots just fine and players can join and play with no issue.

yea I was able to get in now after restarting my steam. just SM doesn't work

Servers went from empty to full.. was trying to figure out what's going on, and realised there was a CS:GO update. Apparently, my servers are fine, with SM/MM loaded... very odd, I've done nothing special to them.
