A. y use mysql? this uses vault. No real use unless you want to run this on multiple servers and have same XP for all on all server O_o
B. This would be an easy task anyways on this plugin because this script is so neat (clean). If there's a cleaner script out there, please, redirect me to God's work.

you don't need them, you only need the .amxx

the .inl files are for scripters use. Unless you are going to go into the source coding of this plugin, You will not need to place those anywhere.
