up to 4 teams deathmatch

no re-creation of team forces just 2 subteams on each, CT/T forces but all 4 teams against each other, alliances or not.

There should be also be an individual copy of the plugin, so that teams can be divided in any svr.

I havent had very much success in messing with the scoreboard like that, the four teams is pretty easy though.
