I've searched the forum, but i didnt find this plugin.

A Soundplugin which can handle *.mp3-files, which can be used by the players on the server.

Like:
Player1 types 'doh' in chat- the 'doh'-sound is used by a (team)console action-"play sound/misc/doh.mp3".
The Client should download those soundfiles on connect.

This would reduce serverdownload, because no more *.wav-files have to be transfered.

If this plugin is already created, pls paste me the name/url.

Woah, show me where you found it... I searched for this, and this is the only one that came near what I wanted (exactly what you said).
