the plugin is this: the terrorist can only move to the CT team when terrorists have 3 for each CT, Ex: 3 Terrorist for every 1 CT

3 Terrorist = +1 CT
6 Terrorist = +1 CT
9 Terrorist = +1 CT
12 Terrorist = +1 CT
15 Terrorist = +1 CT
18 Terrorist = +1 CT

3 Terrorists To +1 CT

When You Are: 5 = Terrorist will be blocked the entry of terrorists or players entering the server, the message will appear: This Full Time of CT!
