I narrowed it down but eventually hit a snag where I have no clue what's going on this code had absolutely no problem and has been running on the server forever, and now that MvM is out it suddenly crashes the server. I don't know if it's MvM or if sourcemod has a bugged command somewhere in there :/
Asherkin mentioned here that entities are being created in an invalid state and that it appears to be an issues in Valve's code. Somewhere else someone (psychonic?) mentioned that the SourceMod devs were looking into it.

(Side note: This also causes crashes in Freak Fortress 2 on bosses with the special_dropprop ability)

I'm having an issue with only one command (it seems)...

You can kick, ban, slay, !melee, noclip, whatever... but you can't use slap. If you attempt to slap it crashes server. Using 1.4.5 hg3537, or whatever the latest is or Linux.

Similar issue to Trader above, but !bp, voting and admin menu work fine.

just so you know I'm using 1.5 snapshot 3612 on a windows server running hl2 deathmatch, server runs great, all mods work and for andi67 I've even got "!models" back.Sadly when you shoot someone it crashes!!!
Playing with yourself can make you blind! so I've moved to my linux server where this config works perfectly.

Any news on when sourcemod will be updated? The current snapshots are too unstable to use.

Apart from a issue affecting setting a small number of datadesc props, SM works fine.

Hello
Recently i have been getting a lot of random "Assertion failed illegal termination of worker thread" crashes using snapshot 1.4.5-hg3537 (same thing happens when i used 1.5.0-hg3612).

I use it on my FF2 server and it will play fine for a bit before eventually randomly crashing.

Try updating to the latest snapshot. New shapshot(s) are out.

hi,
i host a tf2 server wich crashes a lot after the mvm update. i try to fix it with the last stable branches from youre website but the server keep on crashing after some minutes/hours. with the last stable branch "1.4.5-hg3539.zip"(windows) it run without crashes for the last 4 hours.

i dont know it exactly but it seems that this branch works. i let you know if the server crashes again....

edit: server runs stable after several hours with maxplayers

There also appears to be a hg3540, but the Windows build of it failed, which is odd since it was just merging this change which just updates tf2.inc.

The Window's build slave has... issues.
