For some reason the plugin keeps trying to precache 2 sound files and since I don't have/use them it slows the connection to the server to a crawl for a good 30sec looking for them yet even when I open the config and tell it to not try and dl them it still happens. I'll try and get a shot of my server log and post it up.

Okay can someone please tell me how to disable an item, I have tried EVERYTHING! and everytime I do something and save it, it doesn't want to work in the server anymore. Yes I delete the other cfg file when I try and disable things to update it, yes I restart the server, but nothing works, someone please help!

And could you make it so that only the T's can see what they diced?
