CS 1.6 Big problem With FPS, need help

Hi,
I have Acer Aspire 5737Z, operating system windows 7 - http://multi.gnt.lt/Pages/brochures/Acer/as5737Z.pdf , and i have a big problem with FPS in Counter Strike 1.6.
NVidia is configured - high performance, vert. sync. off, fps_max 101, fps_modem 101, cl_cmdrate 101, cl_updaterate 101, rate 1000000, ...
When I play cca 20 minutes, than my FPS going down on 30 - 40, or usually, when some enemies shoting to me, or when enemies rushed me.
Do you know, what can I do? Please help me. 2-3 months ago my FPS was 100, and i do not registered some problems, but now, i have big problems with this.
I reinstalled CS and STEAM 2 times and its not help me.

And your renderer settings are alright?

I think, its alright, but i have fully configurated my card on performance

Sounds like a temperature issue.

I have const 100fps with vsync ON

magic -freq 100 launch option.
Also, let fps_modem to 0, lower rate to 25000.

About your problem, have you installed some skins on your game ? Are you playing on servers with skins ?
Remove all custom skins if you have some.
