I was searching if there were any weblog programms for just plain html
isntead of the one who need php and a mysql db
any suggestions?

no, don't understand me wrong..
I have a page myself now along with a friend but the problem is
that I have to make my part and send it to him and he can upload it via ftp
and I'm sure the is an easier way.. but since I don't know any html scripting..
