If you know basics in ubuntu to host etc id say go ubuntu if you dont know much about Linux go windows. But linux gives better fps wich

wel windows server has a registry system, has a ton of their "standard" (sarcastically) additions. I would personally just prefer Linux for any server...
But if your saying Ubuntu, hell, id say it has some of those additions are hardcoded inside.
