since i know there is no way to overwrite client's models I'm wondering if there is an alternative way to do something like this.

I just have to be sure that if client overwrite some model that he downloaded from my server he couldn't join my server.. is it some way possible?

Change the model name when you updated it or ask the client to delete the model.

well i'm using this plugin http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=520201
and i've got a lot of models on my server and if you know this plugin atleast a little with this mode is changing models something like cheating..

sorry but that's a bad idea and may cause some problems in the client side.
as drekes said, the best way is to change the names of your models.
I know two plugins who can change the weapon's models (I think it will help you).
