Blocking console 'sm plugins' command

Hello. I have a HL2DM server with SourceMod. I want to prevent players from checking the SourceMod plugins list (console command 'sm plugins'). Could someone tell me please, how to block this command or make it 'unknown command'?

Btw. I tried to block it using THIS and THIS

You can't unless you know how to recompile sourcemod.

I dont know if this will work or not but I used #4 from HERE to block autobuy on a server of mine because people used it to get around weapon restrictions so I edited it to suit your needs.

You can't have a space in command names, and you can't register "sm" as a command.
