The plug-in all the same doesn't work, gives out an error:

I have established this updated file on the server, the server began to be started, but restrictions don't work, and to the console writes errors.

Doesn't work here either.

It does prevent the server from crashing though which is good

but then it says it fails to load weapon restrict.
