sorrri guys it may have been done 100 times already but i decided to do another 1 ....btw this is my 1st plugin so go easy on me

the command to give armour is:
amx_armor <target> <armour>

if u want to give armour to every one just type in the target section
@all

Stop bashin him.. It's his first plugin. Nice try man, but you should keep your first few plugins private, then release your good ones!
