I run a small 12 slot server. The common complaint is that when we have small 3vs3 games, the respawn times (default, unchanged) are very unforgiving for RED. This is moreso in a 1vs1 when you have to wait almost 20 seconds before spawning.

Is there a plugin that can dynamically adjust spawn timers based on player threshold? So like, for 3vs3 the spawntime is halved, but above that it's set to default?
