well. i tryed updating both. didnt work. but it works once people re-save their configs. "through options, apply, ok, and then continue game, but once relog / reload of map = muted again. if that has anything to say for you. o.o.. it's like it unbind the talk key.

I have a couple questions regarding this plugin, as I have implemented it within the past 24 hours.

I am looking through my logging against the console/server account and see how the plugin is behaving:

Here is a section of the logs for the Console/server user:

The reason I wanted something like this was to primarily stop people from using the reconnect to avoid tk punishments, and secondly to stop the large amount of network traffic caused by people reconnecting constantly due to score, etc.

From the log it appears that the player does indeed connect, the hlstatsx system even fires that they have joined, then it appears they get kicked. I show people in here that constantly just spammed the connect button until they wee allowed in. Question is: could there be any adverse affects to the server in due to this type of behavior?

Well, plugin kicks player only after Source Server has checked his Steam ID. It may happen during connection but, in some rare cases, when player has already joined the game (and maybe even spawned). So this plugin has nothing with protecting server from exploiters or connection spammers. But AFAIK it won't wound the server in any way.
