I took this idea from Team Fortress Classic.
Dispenser is buidling which can give ammo or HP/AP or ammo.To get all this stuff
you must touch Dispenser.To see Dispenser menu press 'X' key.Also there is
ML support.From version 2.2 you can choose what you want gain
from Dispenser(Health/Armor) and plugin type (Extra Item/Addon).

--- CVARs ---
zp_dispenser 1 - enables mod
zp_dispenser_health 500 - his health
zp_dispenser_maxbuilt 5 - how many Dispensers player gain
zp_dispenser_one_round 1 - if set to 1 Dispenser will disappear when round ends, in other cases it will disappear at mapchange
zp_dispenser_give 1 - If this cvar set to 1 Dispenser will give Ammo; If 2 - Health, If 3 - Armor, If 4 - Ammo packs

You can choose how do you want to see Dispenser mod in your server:
As admin only command or Extra Item.
To do this open sma and find. And uncomment/comment needed line
