I made a minor alteration, using register_concmd instead of register_clcmd, and then created an ATAC wrapper plugin for it, allowing it to be used as an ATAC punishment.

I'd recommend that you make the change register_concmd change in your plugin, allowing it to be called from the server or from a client's console. As for the ATAC plugin, I've still got to look to see where I should post it.

And though I can understand why you'd call it "Migraine", for the purposes of ATAC, I named the punishment, "Flip".
