I can only get, on average, half of my plugins to properly compile after v1.0. On top of that the only compiler that will function at all for me is the one on the website. I modify everything on my local box then FTP to my rented Linux HLDS... so I have to use the Windows compiler. It shows the compilation time and creates a "compiled" folder that remains empty (no .amxx plugins).

What changed so drastically with 1.0 that it would cause so many #includes errors when plugins are compiled. I simply can't use AMXX at this point until I can get these issues resolved. Any experience or advice on a work around would be appreciated.

Well we can't help you without specific errors and plugins.

Well the specific error is that vague. When I use the web compiler (PTB Team Balancer for example), it returns a simple message saying it could not be compiled due to #includes errors...no specific error is shown. Several of my most coveted plugins are doing this.

As for compiling locally, the windows compliler.exe simply won't work for any plugin. That is why I had to use the web compiler and at least got a few to compile.

Some I can't get to compile:

team_balancer.sma
awp_limiter.sma
afk_manager.sma

You have 1.0 and the latest amxxsc compiler correct? Try using amxxsc by making a shortcut to it and putting the name of the plugin behind it.
ie Target: C:\scripting\amxxsc.exe amx_plugin -eerror.txt
The -eerror.txt part will create a file with a list of errors in the directory amxxsc is in.

Jeez I am a klutz. I have it figured out now....apparently I had taken the compile.exe from the Win version and placed it in the scripting folder of the Linux AMXX base. Can't remember doing something so ignorant but I did. I have both because my server is a GameDaemons Linux and I was trying to compile on my local Windows machine.

Got the full Windows base and compiled from within and all works fine now. I suppose the plugin could care less whether my server platform is Windows or Linux...?? As long as I have a compiled .amxx it should operate correctly in AMXX...hopefully.
