If you meant that is it possible to create an entity, that everyone can shoot and it takes damage, even the model would be diffrent size than the solid area, ye it's possible. The sizes aren't related to the model with any way.

if i have for example model garg , its very big , and im using on cs 1.6 , how can i make this shootable on all body?

try making player's entity bigger. (change player's size)

I think he means the hitboxes, can you change it with a plugin with a skin that has hitboxes completely wrong
