That don't matter so much...you must block the original fire attack and hook attack, then make a custom ent with model/sprite, add a beam or w/e...set it velocity in direction of player aiming , then hook touch with that ent, and make damage to player that is touching it. Also you can emit a custom sound, and replace the model of original weapon, add some recoil,or screen fade effects and so...

A good example can be -> http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=175993 'plasma shot'

Yeah thanks , I want this to be good . I am even going to make a special map for it . So skills can get advantage of in wich area they are . I am going to start with Fire , there are already some out here like flamethrowers so thats copy paste but I also want to learn cause thats the point of this .

it does matter Alka, because if he use ESF he just need to replace sprites and hook damage ;)

No. You don't need to do copy/paste. Just take a look at plugin to see how it's made, some of them are with message TE_SPRAY with custom sprite, you can make it with TE_BEAMPOINTS ,take a custom sprite, set a bit of noise, then do a trace to check if some one is in line of fire (defined distance) and so...
