thats not even a plugin its just empty cvars the plugin isnt even registered waiting for trash..

this file will do nothing and it wont compile so dont try using it its just empty with a bunch of cvars thats unregistered and no plugin

i think he wants us to make a hero like that but he should use superhero generator if thats why he posted this
