need a KDR based weapons restriction plug in

can someone do a working plug in that can do weapon restrictions based on KDR? basically, im wanting to restrict auto snipers to ppl with less than a .8 KDR, and awps to people with less than 1.4 kdr, but over that i want them to be stuck with scouts.

if it could be configured for all weapons would be better than just snipers.

There is a plugin for this. Its an extension plugin for bugs's restrict item. Look in the approved plugins section (i think its still not unapproved).

i dont think he ever updated it, it is real old now. That thread seems dead. replied on it a couple months ago.

I use this combination on my CS:S server. It works quite well.
