uh, where do you download this? i have searched the forums and in google to no avail. sry for the stupid question...

1st) select the base (AMX Mod X Base) download for .v2
2nd) select your mod's addon.

* assuming you want to get nightly builds of the most recent updates to the RC# (RC6 in this case) - then you can get those nightly updates here: http://www.amxmodx.org/nightly

I'm assuming you had no idea that AMXModX has a Main page aside from the forums so here is the link to that .... http://www.amxmodx.org/ (big surprise on that url too huh?)

just curious is it worth updating, like is it stable enough and how are the bugs, becuase i am thinking of updating but not sure since i dunno how buggy it is. but i am liking the gun restriction option

Kidbravo , next time always check the Main page with news , it has everything about releases , so just find the release about 0.20 and your set.
